Peter Jones TPHB do incredibly varied things here. The opener burns, the title track is a solid offering, Melting Through Midtown... oh, just so lush.

Sounding Of The Dawn is - something else, entrancing. We hit the psychedelia with Drug Store, second favourite.

Words fail me on Big Six - wow! Swansong is a beautifully, morosely ambient ... space ...

And then we're hit with La Croix Electrique, my third choice - but it's a tough call.

The last two are great, too! Favorite track: Melting Through Midtown.

yehoodi La Croix is amazing, Midtown + Dawn together are probably my favorite part of the album, Swansong is easily one of my favorite piano pieces now. Many of the songs, especially Drug Store, hit a particular, angry jazz-prog-rock sweet spot that I've only heard in some old Soviet era favorites. Favorite track: Sounding Of The Dawn.

Aleksei Tepljakov Far more experimental than their previous work. Lots of interesting ideas here and there with some really good moments, but the album does not feel as cohesive as their previous output, especially compared to DS. Favorite track: Sounding Of The Dawn.

about

A 54 minute roaming of a specious metropolitan environment, dusk to dawn. At moments standing on the sidewalk cleansing in the neon and ornate structures, precipitating to other moments slumped in the rotting jazz clubs that populate the district's underworld.

Keep watch for physical pre-order and merch drop soon. All digital revenue will go towards pressing the vinyl and printing merch - your support is hugely hugely appreciated :)
